During the 2009 Oregon State CYIA week 146 students and 63 staff members reached 1086 children (and some adults) with the Gospel message, 481 of those contacted prayed to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It was an exciting week to say the least! And the blessings continue as the teens take the Word of God to the mission field in their local areas. Emma and Alycia, Ponderosa Chapter’s 2009 Summer Missionary/Interns; Leslie, Darcie, Ricky, Jessica, Abby and Kathleen are serving in 5-Day Clubs throughout Central Oregon this summer reaching hundreds of children for Christ.
