Not only does CEF want to reach out to the next generation with the Good News of Jesus Christ. CEF is reaching out – encouraging and equiping young adults to have an impact on America. The first Historic Bend Run and Float fund-raising event was held Saturday, August 22, 2009. Phyllis Yankey, Ponderosa Chapter Director of Training and her faithful group of volunteers worked hard and had a great time manning the Child Evangelism Fellowship booth, as well as competing in the running and floating part of the event. A special thanks to the FrontLine Foundation Board of Directors for caring and giving of their time to help Central Oregon Christian Non-Profits. We are grateful to those who helped at the CEF booth, helped raise educati0nal funds for Ponderosa CEF through the event, to those who gave financially and to those who prayed for this event!
