Each local chapter of Child Evangelism Fellowship, Inc. is responsible to raise the funds necessary to conduct the local ministy. If you would like to help support this ministry, please chick on the “Get Involved” and “Donate” links above.
Part-Time Coordinator: Julie Mann
Julie Mann grew up in Pennsylvania and was active in CEF from an early age. She was a Christian Youth in Action student (called a “Summer Missionary”) for two years as a teenager. She remained passionate about children’s ministry and continued to work with CEF after she moved to Oregon in 2003. She served as a board member of the Ponderosa Chapter from 2009 to 2013 and again from 2018 to 2025. After Jim and Lorella Monroe retired as the Ponderosa Chapter directors, Julie became a Part-Time Coordinator on August 1st, 2025, to help fill in the gap. We are still praying for a full-time director to serve this ministry as soon as possible. However, if the gap remains, Julie has plans to raise support so she can start full-time ministry in Summer 2027.

Office Manager: Elizabeth Prevish
We are proud to announce that Elizabeth Prevish started as our chapter’s Office Manager at the end of May 2025. She has lots of experience with CEF: former Good News Club Teacher, 5-Day Club Host, and fair volunteer. She loves Jesus and is a huge advocate for the ministry.
Before the Monroes retired, they encouraged the board to hire an office manager to help manage the administrative tasks of the chapter and free up the director (or in our current case the committee members) to have a greater focus on ministry work. Elizabeth will be working part-time and will take on those administrative tasks required by the ministry. We are so thankful to have her help on our team!!

JOB OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking for a full-time director to support this ministry.
A full-time position would be the Director position. Staff in this position oversee all of the Ponderosa Chapter of CEF ministries (see ministries listed in the “Local Ministries” link above).
God has given us a passion to not only bring children into a right relationship with God, but to disciple them in His Word and establish them in Bible teaching churches so they can become mature in their faith. CEF believes there is no work that is more pertinent or effective. Perhaps God is leading you to become more involved in the lives of children, for His kingdom’s sake. CEF is here to train, equip, and encourage you as you follow that leading.
If you are interested in employment, please contact us at the phone number below. Thank you for your interest in serving the Lord with Child Evangelism Fellowship. May God bless you as you seek His place of service for you. EVERY CHILD, EVERY NATION, EVERY DAY!
